Replacement booklet for the terrific series of Culinary Arts Institute Booklets. Purchased at the weekly shopping trip to the supermarket in the 40's and 50's, housewives would collect them and eventually they would all go in the Encyclopedia of Cooking or Fabulous Foods binders. We also have replacement binders, replacement binding wires and entire sets. The contents of both the 1940 versions and the 1950 versions are the same: only the covers vary.The cover colors on these booklets also vary: you may receive orange, blue green or red. If you need a specific color, let us know. Overall clean and tight. Lightly used.
