O'Keefe & Merritt Cook Book (and oven instructions)

Early instruction and recipe guide for the O'Keefe and Merritt Ovens. The back cover and the center spread in these booklets vary depending on model featured. All booklets have info on lighting the oven and cooking charts for pre-heating, broiling, baking etc. Use the pull down menu to choose desired model number. Booklet undated, circa 1930-1945. Recipes are the same no matter the model featured.

MODEL 2385: Includes instructions "How to use your O'Keefe & Merritt Oven Regulator" and "How to treat your O'Keefe & Merritt Griddle."

MODEL 176 and 186: Includes instructions "How to use your O'Keefe & Merritt Oven Regulator" and shows the Grillevator.

Lightly rumpled scuffed and creased. Overall good condition.
