Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Julia Child, Volume Two (Volume 2)

Child, Julia

Use the pull-down menu below to choose desired volume of this classic. Sequel to the cooking classic that has inspired a whole American generation to new standards of culinary taste and artistry. Among its treasured recipes and instructions: first authentic French bread -- long, crunchy, yeasty, golden loaf like no other in texture and flavor. Meats from country kitchens to haute cuisine. Chickens poached (thirteen ways) and sauces and a coq en pate. A lavish array of desserts, from the deceptively simple to splendid confections. Please note there are two sizes of this cookbook: original printing is approx. 10" tall, and the smaller book club printing is approx. 9 1/4" tall.

We may have more than one copy in varying conditions and at varying prices.
