utamaro: a chorus of birds

Beautifully produced in Japanese accordion style binding this is a a lovely reproduction of the original book published in 1790 by Japanese artist Kitagawa Utamaro. A Chorus of Birds, reproduces in facsimile size and in the fold-out format of the original, a copy of Utamaro's "Momo-chidori kyoka awase" with English translations at the end of the book.
